A garden where the orchards used to stand
Záhradná alej sits in Trnava's Linčianska district, on the land of former orchards. It picks up where the old use left off — the tradition of allotments and weekend gardening that belonged to this part of town for decades.
The plots run from 250 to 300 m² and are available for sale or lease. The site is gated, so nobody cuts across your lawn. Each plot allows a garden cabin with a built-up area of 25 m², which may have a loft under a pitched roof.
It suits someone living in a flat who misses a patch of soil within reach — not a cottage two hours away, but a garden you can drop into after work.

A 25 m² cabin, loft optional
The cabin's footprint is 25 m². Choose a pitched roof and you can put a loft underneath — which roughly doubles the usable floor area without taking more of the garden.
The rest of the plot stays a garden: raised beds, fruit trees, grass for the kids. What you do with it is yours to decide — we provide the plot in a site that stays gated and kept up.

Sandra will show you around. She'll tell you which plots are free, exactly what may be built on them, and whether buying or leasing makes more sense for you.
