Twenty years in Trnava, five buildings and one phone number
We have been in real estate for more than twenty years. In that time a single company grew into a portfolio of mixed-use buildings in Trnava that we don't just own but also manage ourselves — from the leases to the heating, the cleaning and the advertising panels on the facade.
We lease offices, retail and service units, clinics, storage, garages, parking spaces and advertising panels. One tenant needs fifteen square metres on the square, another takes a whole floor — and both have the same person answering the phone.

Why we rent directly
An agency gets paid for the signature. We make our living from the tenant staying. That is the whole difference, and it shows in everything that follows the handover of the keys.
No commission, no middleman
We are the owner and the manager. You sign with the person who decides, so no agent's fee is layered onto the rent and no question has to travel through a third party.
Layout before handover
In our newer buildings the partitions aren't the last word. A clinic gets its waiting room where it needs it; a software team gets open space. The decision comes before anyone starts building.
Maintenance is ours, not yours
Heating, lifts, cleaning, inspections, winter upkeep of the car park. A tenant doesn't keep a list of suppliers — just one number, plus an emergency line outside office hours.
Tenants who stay
Occupancy of 98 % isn't held up by discounts — it's held up by companies not moving out. When a team grows, we find a bigger unit in the same building or a street away.
How the portfolio grew
No leap of ten buildings at once. Each new address came only once we could run the previous one with our own people.

- 2003
DUPOS INVEST, a.s. is founded
The company is entered in the commercial register in Trnava and starts buying and managing property in the city.
- 2008
TRNAWER office centre
An office centre with its own car park and reception joins the portfolio — the first building where we run both the operations and the leases end to end.
- 2011
DUPOS Office House
We move to Tamaškovičova 17. We sit in a building we lease out, so for tenants the manager is one floor up, not across town.
- 2015
CASSALLE shopping centre
Retail joins the offices. Ground-floor units get footfall from the surrounding neighbourhood and deliveries kept away from the customer entrance.
- 2023
The ATRIUM building
We open 2,300 m² of new-build space on Starohájska — offices, clinics and flats, with layouts agreed with the tenant before handover.
