What we do with the data you send us
On this website we collect personal data only where you type it into a form yourself. We don't buy databases, we don't send unsolicited offers and we don't pass contacts on. This page explains exactly what happens to your data — without pointing you at statutes you'd have to look up.

There are three forms on this site. Each collects only what it needs to do its job.
Viewing request form

So that we can arrange and confirm a viewing with you.

Consent, and subsequently steps prior to entering into a contract at your request — Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.
New-units newsletter
Data
Purpose
So that we can write to you when a unit matching your brief becomes available.
Legal basis
Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Withdraw it by replying to any of our e-mails or writing to our contacts.
With every submission we also store the IP address, browser type and time of sending. This protects the forms against bots and spam — the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. How long we keep the data
- Contact enquiries and viewing requests: until the matter is dealt with, and for up to two years after that so we can pick up the thread if you get back in touch.
- Newsletter: until you withdraw consent. Then we delete the e-mail address.
- If an enquiry turns into a lease, the data from it is governed by the contract and by statutory retention periods — accounting and archiving rules in particular.
- Technical records protecting the forms: short-term, a matter of months.
4. Who gets to see the data
The data is accessed by our staff handling the matter and by the hosting and database provider on which the site runs — acting as a processor under contract. We give it to nobody else, do not sell it and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area. We also don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Your rights
Right of access
We'll tell you whether we process data about you and give you a copy.
Right to rectification
We'll correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure
Once the purpose ceases or you withdraw consent, we erase the data — unless the law requires us to keep it.
Right to restriction
You can ask us to hold off working with the data, for example while its accuracy is checked.
Right to object
You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to portability
Data you gave us on the basis of consent or a contract will be provided in a commonly used format.
Right to withdraw consent
At any time, without giving a reason. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
Right to complain
